Date for provision of Exit Plan. 2.1.1 BASINGSTOKE shall provide Xxxx with a draft Exit Plan by the [third] anniversary of the Commencement Date or no later than 20 Business Days from the date of the Parties becoming aware that this Agreement will terminate as a consequence of the operation of clause 3.2.
Date for provision of Exit Plan. 2.1.1 The Outgoing Administering Authority shall provide the Replacement Administering Authority with a draft Exit Plan within: (a) 20 Business Days from the date of the written notification provided in accordance with clause 7.1.1 where the Outgoing Administering Authority has decided to resign; or (b) 20 Business Days of the date of receipt of written notification provided in accordance with clause 7.2.1 where the Partner Authorities have agreed to replace the Administering Authority.
