Depots. 5.1 The Partner Authorities each acknowledge that the Administering Authority needs to secure access from the relevant Partner Authorities to the depots required by the Collection Contractor under the Collection Contract. 5.2 Each relevant Partner Authority shall promptly grant, in accordance with clause 6.8, to the Administering Authority or to the Collection Contractor as directed by the Managing Director such tenancy at will or lease (in a form to be agreed by the relevant Partner Authority and the Administering Authority) of the relevant depot or part thereof and take such steps as are required to secure access for the Collection Contractor to perform the Collection Contract from the service commencement date for the Collection Contract. 5.3 Where a Partner Authority grants only temporary access to the relevant depot or part thereof under paragraph 5.2 above it shall subsequently grant a lease to the Administering Authority and give consent to the grant of an underlease to the Collection Contractor (in forms to be agreed by the relevant Partner Authority and the Administering Authority) of the relevant depot or part thereof in accordance with clause 6.8.
DepotsAt any time prior to the Closing, Purchaser may by written notice to Sellers remove any Depots from Schedule 1.1(a). If Purchaser timely provides such notice, the Depots included in such notice, including all facilities, improvements, fixtures and other appurtenances thereto, will thereafter be deemed to be Excluded Assets for purposes of this Agreement.
Depots. At the signing of this Agreement depots will be Victoria and Vancouver. In the event the Company opens any new depots, the Company will give the Union ninety (90) days written notice of the plan to open a new depot and will meet with the Union as soon as possible to discuss a smooth transition to the new depot under the terms of the collective agreement.

(c) The implementation of Operating Groups, the Decentralisation of FSS and Government initiatives, or timetable changes may necessitate the consideration of altered or additional depots and depot strengths (including an alternative to Flinders Street, e.g. Flinders Street upgrade).
DepotsFor the purposes of job the depots of Xxxxxxxx Airport and Peterborough/ Scarborough will both be considered (1) location. In the event that Peterborough become a legiti- mate branch with its own branch manager, this article will not apply. The security deposits outlined under Articles and of the Owner Operator Addendum shall not apply to hourly employees who were on the seniority list effective December and who subsequently become Owner Operators.
DepotsSubject to Article 28.01 (a) (ii), the Union acknowledges that there are no provisions in the Collective Agreement or this MOU that prevents the Employer from opening, closing, amalgamating, or splitting Transportation and Works Headquarters Areas/Units as they exist as the date of signing of this Collective Agreement. This MOU shall form part of the Collective Agreement. The following applies to the Transportation and Works Headquarters Areas/Units that were amalgamated prior to 2005.
Depots. ‌ (a) Contractor may not collect Mandatory Materials PPP at any collection site other than an Approved Depot or Temporary Collection Site. (b) Contractor may not add any Depot to the list of Approved Depots without the prior written approval of MMSM, such written approval to specify a date mutually acceptable to the parties on which such Depot will be added to the list of Approved Depots Effective as of the date such Depot is added to the list of Approved Depots, Attachment 5 will be amended if and to the extent necessary. (c) Contractor may not remove any Depot from the list of Approved Depots without the prior written approval of MMSM, such written approval to specify a date mutually acceptable to the parties on which such Depot will be removed from the list of Approved Depots. Effective as of the date such Depot is removed from the list of Approved Depots, Attachment 5 will be amended if and to the extent necessary. (d) Contractor may not operate or collect Mandatory Materials PPP at a Temporary Collection Site except (i) with the prior written approval of MMSM and (ii) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in such written approval.

The optimum level of vehicle loading to be undertaken by night shifts and the arrangements for Driver Loading. ⮚ The use of vehicle routing Technology building on the learnings of the Technology Flight Path initiative in 2021. The aim to produce a uniform approach which balances productivity with the value of driver experience. ⮚ The separation of Collection activity and the reintroduction of Delivery only routes where practical. ⮚ A review of Bulk Route activity and consideration of synergies with Regional Distribution operations in RM. A flightpath for a levelling up process on T&C’s to achieve end state parity for PFW MGV Drivers with the MGV Professional Drivers Grade. ⮚ A review of Depot Start and Finish Times based on the outputs of the Network Window Review. Both parties recognise that C&D Start and Finish times are a concern to many employees in Parcelforce and commit to seek to minimise change in start and finish times. ⮚ A review of duty structures will be undertaken across the 7-day window with the aim of incorporating elements of weekend working into duty. This review will utilise existing Saturday and Sunday volume and network capacity and will build on the previous joint activity on inventive duty patterns to provide, reliable, efficient 7-day coverage, while avoiding compulsion and meeting employee aspirations for earnings packages and work life balance. The review of the duty structures will consider all options including 3-4 day weeks, long and short days in a week and more dynamic approaches to route construction to match customer demand across 7 days of the week.
DepotsFor purposes of determining the amount of each Payment, the parties shall assume that 20% of WPP collected at depots is from Industrial, Commercial and Institutional sources (the “ICI Amount”); provided, however, that MMSW may adjust the ICI Amount for a particular depot if it determines, acting reasonably, that the amount of WPP from Industrial, Commercial and Institutional sources collected at a particular depot is more or less than 20%. In addition, the Municipality or Regional Waste Authority may apply to have the ICI Amount for a particular depot adjusted if the Municipality or Regional Waste Authority: (i) adopts policies consistent with Section 4.4.3 of the Stewardship Plan to ensure that WPP from Industrial, Commercial and Institutional sources is not collected at the applicable depot and provides supporting documentation to MMSW with respect to the implementation and enforcement of such policies; or (ii) provides evidence in accordance with Section 4.4.3 of the Stewardship Plan that less than 20% of WPP collected at the applicable depot is from Industrial, Commercial and Institutional sources. All decisions with respect to an application made pursuant to this Section 6.2 shall be at the discretion of MMSW acting reasonably.
