DATE OF COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION. 4.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Commencement Date and subject to the provisions for termination contained herein shall continue in force until the outcome of the next Institutional Reapproval is confirmed which will normally be no later than the fifth anniversary of the Commencement Date.
