Dates & Durations. 8.5.1 The Agreement shall come into full force and effect on the Effective Date as far as Development Period is concerned, all the other respective rights, privileges, duties and obligations of the Parties shall come into full force and be enforceable against each other once either all the Conditions Precedent are fulfilled, partially fulfilled or any one or all of the remaining are waived by the relevant Party from fulfilment, as the case may be, and shall continue to be in full force and effect till the Expiry Date or Termination Date, whichever is earlier. 8.5.2 The Development Period shall commence from the Effective Date till commencement of the Construction Period. The Development Period shall be for a period of six (6) Months, unless extended under the provisions of the Agreement. During the Development Period, the Concessionaire shall develop Design Proposal, Approved Design Proposal and Approved Detailed Design of the Project. 8.5.3 The Concessionaire shall achieve the Financial Close of the Project within a period of six (6) Months from the Effective Date and or in such of the extended period allowed to the Concessionaire by FBR under the terms of the Agreement. 8.5.4 The Concession Period shall be the period commencing from the Effective Date and ending on the Expiry Date or the Termination Date, if earlier. The Concession Period shall comprise of twenty-five (25) years commencing from the date of signing of this Agreement and further: (a) the Development Period shall be the period commencing on the Effective Date and concluding on the Works Commencement Date, (b) the Construction Period shall commence on the Works Commencement Date and conclude on the Project Completion Date, and (c) the Operations Period shall commence on the Service Commencement Date and conclude on the Expiry Date or the Termination Date, if earlier. 8.5.5 FBR shall give the Concessionaire access to the Concession Area within fifteen
