Common use of Day-to-Day Management and Supervision Clause in Contracts

Day-to-Day Management and Supervision. Subject to any approval or ------------------------------------- consulting rights of the Joint Operations Committee, Manager shall provide general management including, but not limited to, day-to-day supervision of: (a) Manager personnel; (b) Equipment and supply acquisition; (c) Office space and facility maintenance; (d) Patient records organization and retention; (e) Third party payor contracting; (f) Case management tracking; (g) Billing, collections and accounting activities as set forth below; (h) All operating aspects and policies of the Practice including, but not limited to, hours of operation, work schedules, standard duties and job descriptions, for all nondentist personnel; and (i) Other related and incidental matters.
