Common use of Day Work Cycle Clause in Contracts

Day Work Cycle. An Employee who is absent on any form of leave without pay during a 20 day work cycle will not accumulate an entitlement to an accrued day off for the period of such leave nor will the Employee be entitled to an accrued day off whilst on leave without pay.

Day Work Cycle. An Employee employee who is absent on any form of leave without pay during a 20 twenty (20) day work cycle will not accumulate an entitlement to an accrued day off Accrued Day Off for the period of such leave nor will the Employee employee be entitled to an accrued day off Accrued Day Off whilst on leave without pay.
