Common use of Days Observed Clause in Contracts

Days Observed. Employees covered under this Memorandum of Understanding shall be entitled to the following holidays: New Year’s Day Independence Day ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Day Labor Day Washington’s Birthday* Veteran’s Day ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Birthday* Thanksgiving Day ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Day Day after Thanksgiving Memorial Day Christmas Juneteenth *For employees working a 37.5-hour work week, Washington’s and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s birthdays are combined as President’s Day; with that said, employees shall receive one floating holiday.
