Common use of DE-ENERGISATION/RE-ENERGISATION Clause in Contracts

DE-ENERGISATION/RE-ENERGISATION. 4.1 SONI shall be entitled to De-energise the Connection Point: (a) in accordance with the Connection Agreement which relates to the particular Connection Point if applicable; or (b) in accordance with any Industry Arrangements applicable to the User and/or the Connection Point; or (c) when Force Majeure occurs; or (d) to avoid or mitigate the effect of any material danger; or (e) to avoid a breach of the Regulations; or (f) to enable SONI or NIE to inspect, modify, maintain, repair or add to any part of the Transmission System or where De-energisation is required due to the same being undertaken by a Distribution Network Owner on the NI Distribution System; or (g) in case of accident or emergency affecting or likely to affect the Transmission System or any other system through which (directly or indirectly) SONI may receive or transmit electricity; or (h) to avoid interference with the regularity or efficiency of any supplies to any person; or (i) where Clause 7 is no longer fully complied with; or (j) on or after the expiry of notice given by XXXX to the User under Clause 9.2 (relating to termination); (k) on or after the expiry of notice given by the User under Clause 10.2 (relating to termination).
