Deadline for Claims. 13. Any person who wishes to claim compensation shall deliver to or otherwise provide the Claims Administrator a claims form by the Claims Bar Deadline, or such other date set by the Courts. If the Claims Administrator does not receive a substantially complete claims form from a claimant by the Claims Bar Deadline, then the claimant shall not be eligible for any compensation from the Net Settlement Funds or otherwise.

Deadline for Claims. 4. Any person who wishes to claim compensation shall deliver to or otherwise provide the Claims Administrator a Claim Form by a date to be set by the Court. If the Claims Administrator does not receive a Claim Form from a Claimant by the deadline, then the Claimant shall not be eligible for any compensation whatsoever from the Net Settlement Amount. Notwithstanding the forgoing, the Claims Administrator shall have the discretion to permit otherwise-valid late claims without further order of the Court.
Deadline for Claims. 2. Claimants may make a Claim by delivering a completed Claim Form with all supporting documentation to the Claims Administrator prior to the Claims Deadline. If a Class Member does not deliver a Claim Form prior to the Claims Deadline, the Claimant shall not be entitled to any compensation.
