Commencement and Completion of Construction The Company shall begin Construction Activities no later than January 1, 2014 (“Commencement Date”) and secure a final Certificate of Compliance by June 30, 2015 (hereinafter, “Completion Date”).
Commencement of Construction Construction of the Project will start within thirty (30) days after notification to the Developer by the Owner, or as soon thereafter as weather and ground conditions permit.

Completion of Negotiations 14.1 This Agreement represents complete collective bargaining and full agreement by the District and the Federation with respect to wages, hours of employment, and all other terms and conditions of employment which shall prevail during the term or terms hereof. TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION (i) The work under this Contract shall commence within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of Notice to Proceed and will be substantially complete within thirty (80) calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions and completed and ready for final payment within ninety (90) calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run.
