Common use of Dealer Compensation Clause in Contracts

Dealer Compensation. In accordance with the terms of a Rule 12b-1 Distribution Plan that has been duly adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Investors Funds and approved by shareholders with respect to particular Trust series, the Trust, subject to authorization by the Board of Trustees, may make payments to brokers engaged in the distribution of shares of those Funds listed on Attachment A and who administer the accounts of shareholders. Compensation for distribution and administration services for Funds not listed on Attachment A is set forth on Attachment B.
