Dealing with excessive leave accruals (by agreement). (a) Before the Company can direct a Pilot take annual leave under this clause, the Company must seek to confer with the Pilot and must genuinely try to agree upon steps that will be taken to reduce or eliminate the Pilot’s excessive leave accrual in a manner consistent with this Agreement.
