DEATH IN THE LINE OF DUTY. The City shall provide a funeral expense benefit of $10,000 to the heirs of any employee who is killed in the line of duty, subject to the same eligibility requirements as the health subsidy continuation.

Except for the Articles, Appendices, Letter of Agreement added or amended herein, all other Articles, provisions, Appendices, Letters of Intent, and Letters of Agreement of the 2019-2022 MOU No. 5 shall remain in full force and effect during the new term of June 23, 2019 through December 31, 2023, of this MOU.
