Uniforms Provided. If an employee is required to wear a uniform as a condition of employment, such uniform shall be furnished or made available to the employee by the Employer. A uniform committee of two (2) union employees and one (1) supervisor will make recommendations to the Employer as to what uniform items to purchase. The Department shall issue rules regarding the care and replacement of the uniform.
Uniforms Provided. The Employer is solely responsible for the design and type of uniform to be worn by the employees. No alteration to the design and type of uniform / materials is allowed. The Employer shall provide properly sized and tailored uniforms, at no cost to all employees.
Uniforms Provided. Upon being hired Customer Service Representatives will be supplied with approved Employer uniforms and/or protective clothing as soon as practically possible following their date of hire, but not later than the end of his/her probationary period. Replacements shall be made on an as-required basis at the discretion of management.
Uniforms Provided. The District shall provide all uniforms including required footwear for all members of the Bargaining Unit. Required footwear shall be repaired or replaced when the need is determined by management.
Uniforms Provided. In lieu of the amounts of money set forth above, the City may substitute new or used uniform items, the fair value (reasonable alteration costs, straight line depreciation based on original cost and expected life of new item and allowance for unusual wear) shall be deducted from the amounts set forth above for bargaining unit members.
Uniforms Provided. A. The Employer shall furnish three (3) uniforms per year to each of the employees during their first three (3) years of employment with the Employer. Following the third (3rd) year of employment, the Employer shall furnish two (2) uniforms per year to all operational employees and three (3) uniforms per year for all service building employees represented by the Union. Employees will be allowed to substitute other items for work uniforms as follows:
1 shirt + 1 pants = 1 uniform
1 uninsulated coveralls = 1 uniform 1 waste length jacket = 1 uniform 1 insulated winter jacket = 2 uniforms 1 pair of brown or black shoes = 1 uniform (cost of 1 uniform may be applied to purchase of Brown or black shoes)
B. Uniforms shall be worn at all times during the performance of duties. Black or brown shoes are considered part of the uniform. Coveralls are not a substitute for the regular work uniform.
C. The selection of uniform providers shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties.
Uniforms Provided. The following uniform components will be provided as indicated:
A. Full-time field employees shall be provided with four (4) standard uniforms.
B. Part-time field employees shall be provided with three (3) standard uniforms.
C. All field employees shall be provided with the following additional uniform components:

Uniforms Provided. (a) The Company shall pay the cost of uniforms. Each driver shall be provided with three (3) pairs of trousers, one (1) weatherproof winter jacket, one (1) lightweight summer jacket, five (5) shirts and three (3) neckties.
(b) The Company will also pay the cost of safety shoes or boots as set out in the General Section of this Agreement and will provide or reimburse each driver for the cost of suitable work gloves and other equipment as required.
(c) Replacement of uniform items shall be on the basis of proof of necessity or when the Company introduces new uniform styles or articles. The Company will pay for the costs of any necessary alterations.
Uniforms Provided. The City will provide uniform service for designated members of the field departments.
Uniforms Provided. The County shall provide uniforms (3 short- sleeve shirts, 3 long-sleeve shirts, 3 pants) to kennel workers of the same quality as those provided to officers at the time of issue.
