Death is Due to Occupational Accident. The Workers’ Safety and Insurance Board of Ontario may pay burial expenses in accordance with their rules and regulations. Where the body is transported a considerable distance for burial or cremation, extra expenses may be awarded by the Workers’ Safety and Insurance Board.
