DEBIT CARD PROCESSING. If Merchant indicated on Merchant Application to become a sponsored participant in the Debit Networks in order to accept Debit Network transaction, Merchant is bound under the terms and conditions set forth in this Section (in addition to the other sections of this Agreement), as follows:
DEBIT CARD PROCESSING. 5.1 Any claims Merchant may have regarding Debit services may not be offset against Bankcard sales.
DEBIT CARD PROCESSING. PayPal will process your debit card funded transactions through either the ATM debit network or the Visa/MasterCard network. If you would like to have your transaction processed through the Visa/MasterCard network, you may do so each time you make a payment by clicking the “Funding Sources” or “Payment Sources” link on the payment confirmation page.
DEBIT CARD PROCESSING. 5.1 Merchant understands and agrees that HPS and Bay Bank, FSB or any other bank to which this agreement is assigned is a sponsored affiliate or member of each debit network and HPS is a service provider for processing Merchant’s debit card Transactions pursuant to the terms herein. 5.2 Any claims Merchant may have regarding Debit services may not be offset against Bankcard sales.
DEBIT CARD PROCESSING. ACCLARASM will process your debit card funded transactions, at its sole option, through either the ATM debit network or the Visa/MasterCard network.
