Visa Debit Card definition

Visa Debit Card means a Visa Debit card (including a contactless- enabled card) issued by us linked to your account which can be used to purchase goods or services wherever Visa is accepted.

Visa Debit Card means a debit card bearing the name Visa and/or the service mark of Visa issued by us pursuant to these terms and conditions which enables you to conduct Card Transactions and any substitution, replacements or renewals thereof.

• Non-sufficient funds activity involving an ATM or Visa Debit Card may result in decreased daily limits or revocation of the card.

• For disputes involving the unauthorized use of your Visa Debit Card for Visa point-of-sale transactions, we will provisionally credit your Account within 5 business days.

• The Bank may terminate access to the Bank’s ATM and/or Visa Debit Card Services at any time for any reason, including without limitation (i) with respect to any recipient of transfers, if the Bank believes in its sole discretion that there are an excessive number of disputes involving customer use, or (ii) with respect to any third party, if the Bank believes in its sole discretion that the third party has initiated disputes without reasonable cause or in bad faith.

• For Visa Debit Card purchase transactions, if you notify us of your lost or stolen card within twenty-four (24) hours of discovery and meet certain conditions, you may not be liable for any losses.

• Unless you have been grossly negligent or have engaged in fraud, you will not be liable for any unauthorized transactions using your lost or stolen Visa Debit Card.

The term “PIN” refers to your personal identification number. It will be needed to activate your VISA Debit card and your ATM card for ATM transactions. FOR YOUR PROTECTION, THE PIN SHOULD NEVER BE WRITTEN ON THE CARD. The term Cue Phone refers to the Credit Union’s au- tomated telephone response system. You will need a separate “PIN” to access Cue Phone. The term “EFT” refers to Electronic Fund Transfer.
