Common use of Decision of Arbitrator Clause in Contracts

Decision of Arbitrator. The Arbitrator shall proceed as soon as practicable to hear the grievance and shall endeavour to render a decision within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of final conclusion of the hearing. The decision of the Arbitrator shall be in writing and shall be final and binding on the Employer, the Union and each Employee in the bargaining unit affected by the decision.
