Common use of Decision of the Arbitrator Clause in Contracts

Decision of the Arbitrator. The decision, opinion, and award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon all parties, subject to review only under the provisions of California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1280 et seq., as amended. The arbitrator shall not have the power to add to, subtract from, or modify any of the terms of this MOU.
