Common use of Decision of the Arbitrator Clause in Contracts

Decision of the Arbitrator. The arbitrator shall render a decision within thirty (30) days of the end of the hearings. The decision shall be final, binding and enforceable on all parties. The arbitrator shall not have the power to change this Agreement, or to alter, modify or amend any of its provisions. Subject to the foregoing, the arbitrator shall have the power to dispose of the grievance by any arrangement which the arbitrator deems just and equitable.
