Common use of Declarant Exemption Clause in Contracts

Declarant Exemption. The provisions of this Declaration requiring architectural approvals shall not apply to the original construction of any Improvements on a Parcel by Declarant, its agents, contractors or employees. The provisions of this paragraph may not be amended without the consent of Declarant until all of the Parcels in the Project owned by Declarant have been conveyed.
