Declining First Level Services. (1) The PHO will ensure the immediate safety of any person who is not eligible for First Level Services or who is declined First Level Services in accordance with this Agreement.

Declining First Level Services. The PHO will ensure the immediate safety of any person who is not eligible for First Level Services or who is declined First Level Services in accordance with this Agreement. Cessation of Services The PHO will ensure that it provides First Level Services and Urgent Care Services in accordance with this Schedule. In the event of a temporary or permanent cessation of those Services by it or any of its Contracted Providers, the PHO will ensure that it or the relevant Contracted Provider has put in place alternative arrangements for continued provision of First Level Services and Urgent Care Services. Information about access to Services The PHO will advise its Enrolled Population about how and when they can access First Level Services and Urgent Care Services provided by the PHO, and will have information available for Casual Users on how to access Urgent Care Services. Evidence of service levels The PHO will, if requested by the DHB or Ministry, provide documented evidence, including the ratio of Practitioners to Enrolled Population, of how the PHO achieves appropriate service levels to meet population need by using existing applicable indicators, standards of practice, and professional standards. Managing Referred Services The PHO will manage Referred Services for its Enrolled Population, including by: monitoring and reviewing Referred Services; providing feedback to referrers; monitoring against best practice and relevant quality indicators; using facilitators and educators to encourage adoption of best practice; using peer groups to encourage best practice; and supporting other agreed initiatives.   • Provider Services The Contractor’s system shall collect, process, and maintain current and historical data on program providers. This information shall be accessible to all parts of the MCMIS for editing and reporting.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Extended Support Services As long as funding is available (through FFFS, etc.), the district will provide the following supportive services for individuals who are eligible under the TANF Services 200% of poverty eligibility guidelines: Services listed in the supportive services attachment are provided to TANF, SNAP and 200% eligible individuals.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Service and Seniority Continuation While on pregnancy/birth or parental, or adoption leave, a Nurse shall continue to accrue and accumulate Service and Seniority credits at the same rate as before the leave for the duration of the leave and the Nurse’s Service and Seniority shall be deemed to be continuous. This provision is not applicable to a Casual Nurse.

  • Branding for Operator Call Processing and Directory Assistance 8.4.1 BellSouth's branding feature provides a definable announcement to Telepak Networks end users using Directory Assistance (DA)/ Operator Call Processing (OCP) prior to placing such end users in queue or connecting them to an available operator or automated operator system. This feature allows Telepak Networks’ name on whose behalf BellSouth is providing Directory Assistance and/or Operator Call Processing. Rates for the branding features are set forth in Exhibit D.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by MLTC for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by MLTC, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit MLTC to route the MLTC Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by MLTC. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MLTC and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, MLTC will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. MLTC shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to MLTC’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) means services and supports (including for example PCA services and home care nursing services) provided to Enrollees of all ages who have functional limitations and/or chronic illnesses, that have the primary purpose of supporting the ability of the Enrollee to live or work in the setting of their choice, which may include the Enrollee's home, a worksite, a provider-owned or controlled residential setting, a nursing facility, or other institutional setting.
