DECORATIONS AND ACTIVITIES. Stapling, pinning, taping, or affixing decorations to any surface is not allowed. Table decorations may utilize tea lights, votive candles, or domed candles per event planner approval. Open flames, glitter, and confetti are not permitted within the Venue’s facilities. Smoke machines or other items producing smoke or haze by any method (only allowed in Xxxxxx Auditorium and Xxxxx Ballroom) must be approved at least 30 business days prior to an event. If approval is given, the Client must follow specific guidelines provided by the Venue and will be charged for any associated costs. Ball throwing, water activities, paint, or activities involving wheels (roller skates, tricycles) are not allowed in the Xxxxx Ballroom or The Atrium. Clients with events not held in the Xxxxx Ballroom or The Atrium need approval from the event planner at the time of booking for these types of activities. The Venue reserves the right in its sole discretion to allow certain activities to occur if appropriate measures are taken to avoid damages and must be approved by the Venue. Any damage or excessive cleanup needed on walls, floors, decorations, windows, tables, or other surfaces or furnishings due to decorations, signage, or activities will be corrected at the expense of the Client.
