Dedicated Distribution Transformer. To ensure reliable service to all PUD customers and to minimize possible problems for other customers, the PUD will review the need for a dedicated-to- single-customer distribution transformer. If the PUD requires a dedicated distribution transformer, the Customer-Generator shall pay for all costs of the new transformer and related facilities.
