Dedicated Export Water Valuation. The value of the Dedicated Export Water -------------------------------- shall be calculated based on RANGEVIEW's Rules and Regulations in effect at the time of exercise. The Rules and Regulations establish an allocation of 0.7 acre-feet per year per EQR. The 1,200 acre-feet per year of Dedicated Export Water is allocated to 1,714 EQR's which, when multiplied by the current Water Resource Charge of $3,400 per EQR, results in a total valuation of $5,827,600. Upon receipt of the payment of the Water Resource Charge for each tap, PURECYCLE will provide evidence to DEVELOPER that the Export Water associated with such tap has been released from any encumbrances.
