Dedication of Internal Street Right-ofrWav. As provided in Title 26 of the Lincoln Municipal Code (“Land Subdivision Ordinance”), each Parcel Owner and/or its successors and assigns whose parcel is being final platted or related parcel site improvements approved by administrative amendment to the PUD shall dedicate and convey the necessary right of way for the construction and operation of the Internal Streets that are located on said Parcel Owner’s parcel. IIL SANITARY SEWER INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS A, Sanitary Sewer Improvements. The City and Parcel Owners agree that the following sanitary sewer improvements, which are shown on Exhibit “C”. are necessary to serve the annexation of all of the Property and to promote the general health and welfare ofthe City.

  • ACCESS AND AUDITS The CONTRACTOR shall establish and maintain a reasonable accounting system, which enables ready identification of CONTRACTOR’S cost of goods and use of funds. Web-based information and applications must conform to New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005 as determined by quality assurance testing. Such quality assurance testing will be conducted by the State Agency Authorized User and the results of such testing must be satisfactory to the Authorized User before web-based information and applications will be considered a qualified deliverable under the contract or procurement.
