Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for Company. At the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received the favorable opinion, dated the Closing Time, of Seed IP Law Group LLP, counsel for the Company with respect to intellectual property matters, in the form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters previously agreed upon by the Representatives and such counsel, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters if requested.
Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for Company. If requested by the Representatives, the opinion of Xxxx Xxxxx LLP, counsel for the Company with respect to intellectual property matters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, dated such Date of Delivery, relating to the Option Securities to be purchased on such Date of Delivery and otherwise to the same effect as the opinion required by Section 5(c) hereof.

At the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received the opinion, dated the Closing Time, of Zacco Denmark A/S, intellectual property counsel for the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, dated such Date of Delivery, relating to the Option Securities to be purchased on such Date of Delivery and otherwise to the same effect as the opinion required by Section 5(e) hereof
Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for Company. The Representatives shall have received an opinion, dated such Closing Date, of Knobbe, Martens, Xxxxx & Bear LLP, intellectual property counsel for the Company, in the form of Exhibit B hereto.
Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for Company. The Representatives shall have received an opinion, dated such Closing Date, of SEED Intellectual Property Law Group PLLC, intellectual property counsel for the Company, in the form previously agreed among the parties hereto.
Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for Company. The Representatives shall have received an opinion and a negative assurance letter, each dated such Closing Date, of Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxx PC, intellectual property counsel for the Company, in form and substance agreed upon between the parties.

At the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received the opinion, dated the Closing Time, of Bozicevic, Field & Fxxxxxx LLP, intellectual property counsel for the Company, in form and substance stating in effect the matters set forth on Exhibit B hereto.

The Representative shall have received an opinion, dated such Closing Date, of Xxxxxx and Xxxxx, LLP, special intellectual property counsel for the Company, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Representative, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters.

The favorable opinion of Dechert LLP, counsel for the Company with respect to intellectual property matters, in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, dated such Date of Delivery, relating to the Option Securities to be purchased on such Date of Delivery and otherwise to the same effect as the opinion required by Section 5(c) hereof.
