Dedication of re-routed Joplin Lane. The Developer shall dedicate to the Town a 30-foot width of right-of-way which abuts the western boundary of Cortaro Ranch subdivision owned by Developer and those portions of Lots 170, 171 and 172 which are within 30 feet of the Cortaro Ranch subdivision western boundary, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances except for an existing public sewer and utility easement (the “Developer Joplin Lane Right-of-Way”).
