Dedication of Right of Way. As part of this Amendment, Hub City will dedicate Twenty (20’) Feet of Right of Way as depicted in Exhibit 2 to the City.
Dedication of Right of Way. Developer shall dedicate all necessary rights-of-way located within the boundaries of the Redevelopment Area to City. Developer shall dedicate the real property necessary for construction of the Public Project Improvements to City as shown on Exhibit D at no cost to City. Developer shall convey, at no cost to City, the necessary rights of way located within the boundaries of the Redevelopment Area to MoDOT and convey the real property necessary for construction of the Public Project Improvements to MoDOT. To the extent that Developer does not dedicate any portion of the Redevelopment Area to MoDOT, Developer agrees that any portion not dedicated to MoDOT shall, at the option of City, be conveyed to City (or such third party as City may approve) by Special Warranty Deed free and clear of all liens and encumbrances.
Dedication of Right of Way. (Individual) (Freeway)
Dedication of Right of Way. Except as provided in Sections 12.a. and 12.b. herein, Developer shall dedicate all necessary right of way located within the boundaries of the Redevelopment Area to the City and/or MoDOT at no cost for all portions of the Phase I Public Project Improvements and the Phase III Public Project Improvements. Notwithstanding the foregoing, City agrees that the TDD may purchase, from the Developer, for fair market value, the right-of-way along the northern boundary of Redevelopment Area - Project 1 which is necessary for the construction of a portion of the Phase III Public Project Improvements, or Developer may, with City approval, exchange said right-of-way with the City for all or a portion of the XXXXX Property which is located east of relocated XXXXX, so long as in no event shall the total compensation paid by the TDD for such right-of-way exceed the price paid to the City for the portion of the XXXXX Property which is located east of relocated XXXXX.
Dedication of Right of Way. Cold Summit hereby agrees to dedicating a portion of the Real Estate consisting of a strip of land approximately feet wide along the entire east side of the Real Estate, as generally depicted on the EXHIBIT B (the "ROW Parcel"). In connection with such dedication, Cold Summit agrees to execute any and all necessary and commercially reasonable documents required to effectuate the dedication of the ROW Parcel to the City of Xxxxxxxx. The RDC agrees that in no event shall such documents result in additional cost, liability or obligation to Cold Summit.
Dedication of Right of Way. Upon request of CITY or any other governmental agency with jurisdiction over Gold Coast Road, 146th Street, or 150th Street, DEVELOPER agrees to immediately dedicate, in a form to be approved by CITY and at no cost to CITY or such governmental agency, the width of right-of-way for Gold Coast Road, 146th Street, or 000xx Xxxxxx depicted on the Exhibit I.
Dedication of Right of Way. Owners agree to dedicate sufficient right of way under Owners’ control to the City to accommodate the transportation improvements described above, and to meet the minimum right of way widths required by BDC Chapter 3.4 and or the Petrosa Master Plan.
Dedication of Right of Way. The Company shall dedicate to the City the right of way for the future extension of Midland Trace Multi-Use path and shall dedicate to the Noblesville Parks Foundation land for a trail head to the Midland Trace. The right of way to the City for the Midland Trace shall be platted on the initial plat for the Real Estate. The part of the Real Estate for the trail head shall be dedicated no later than sixty (60) days after final design of the trail. All dedications shall be without compensation to the Company.
Dedication of Right of Way. Cold Summit hereby agrees to dedicate a portion of the Real Estate to the City of Franklin for purposes of providing a right-of-way for the Extension. Said portion of the Real Estate shall be in the amount specified by the RDC and Cold Summit agrees to execute any and all documents to effectuate such dedication. DRAFT

Contingent on the City’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement in all material respects, Xxxxxxxxx agrees that, on or before November 30, 2022, Developer will dedicate to the City, at no cost to the City, any of the right of way for the Public Use Improvements depicted/described in Exhibit C that is owned by the Developer.
