Common use of DEDUCTING DUES Clause in Contracts

DEDUCTING DUES. If permitted by law, full-time faculty members who choose to join OCCFA may authorize deduction of total membership dues directly to OCCFA from their pay by the College by completing and returning to the OCCFA Treasurer an "OCCFA Membership Form" (Appendix N) indicating membership election. If OCCFA provides the College with a copy of those executed OCCFA Membership Forms it has received by the first day of any month, the College shall begin deductions with the second pay period of that month.
