Common use of Deduction for Dues Clause in Contracts

Deduction for Dues. Upon written request, on the Association form to be available at the Agency, members of the Association may have regular monthly dues deducted from their paychecks. Employees making fair share payments in lieu of dues shall have their fair share payments deducted monthly. Bargaining unit employees employed subsequent to the execution of this Agreement shall have the appropriate deduction made the first of the month following the first full month of employment.
