Deductions and Set Off. Any sums payable to Vendor shall be subject to all claims and defenses of Buyer, whether arising from this or any other transaction, and Buyer may set off and deduct against any such sums all present and future indebtedness of Vendor to Buyer. Any sums payable to Subcontractor shall be subject to all claims and defenses of Contractor or any of its affiliated companies, whether arising from this or any other transaction or occurrence, and Contractor may set-off and deduct against any such sums all present and future indebtedness of Subcontractor or any of its affiliated companies to Contractor or any of its affiliated companies.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise by SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT, all amounts due to SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT pursuant to this Agreement shall be paid by the Customer in full (without any set-off, deductions or withholdings whatsoever) by cheque, electronic transfer or such other method as may reasonably be agreed by SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT from time to time.
