Deed of Renewal. The parties will enter into a deed of renewal recording the terms of the renewal as soon as reasonably possible. The Lessor's solicitor(s) will prepare the deed of renewal. The Lessee must pay all costs (including the Lessor's legal costs) of the deed of renewal.
