Defining Institution’s Organization. If Institution chooses to enroll specific departments, school locations, and/or clearly defined User groups, Institution must provide the department, school location, and/or defined User group names. If the department, school location, or User group is part of an Affiliate, Institution must also provide the name of the Affiliate. A department includes all segments of a department (e.g., a business school should include the business library). A department must be for educational purposes. Open access labs and other resource support centers do not qualify as separate departments. Institution may attach pages to this Enrollment if additional rows are needed.
