Definition and content of grievance. The parties to this Agreement are agreed that it is of the utmost importance to adjust complaints and grievances concerning the interpretation or alleged violation of the Agreement as quickly as possible in accordance with established procedure. A grievance shall be defined as being any allegation in writing arising from the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the Collective Agreement. The grievance shall include the nature of the dispute, including articles alleged to have been violated and the redress sought.
