Definition of a Variation. 1.1. For the purpose of this Appendix 2, a Variation means a change to the main clauses of the Parliamentary Relationship Agreement (“PRA”) or to any Appendix or Annex of the PRA. 1.2. A Variation does not include any additions or subtractions made to the Schedules of the PRA as these are lists or statements of fact (PRA Clause 67.3). The relevant Representatives will notify the PRG Secretariat of necessary changes to a Schedule in accordance with the relevant Clauses of the PRA and the Secretariat will be responsible for keeping the Schedules up to date. 1.3. The Parties agree that no Variation shall occur or be deemed to have occurred through a course of conduct or otherwise but only through the application of the provisions of this Appendix 2.
