Master Planning. The Owner may request the Design Professional to integrate the Project into a master plan for a campus or facility. While master planning is ordinarily done through a separate contract, where there is no master plan developed, the Design Professional may be requested to perform such services for the Owner.
Master Planning. The Landlord and Tenant have caused the Property to be master-planned within the Town for development as shown in Exhibit G. Master Planning. Internal Design Concept Testing - Study the proposed Master Plan and affirm that it is possible to achieve an acceptable site plan that achieves the desired density of 504 units on seven blocks. Master Planning. The Port agrees to fund and carry out a Master Planning process beginning in FY 2013/14 to refine specific plans for the open space area. The plan will specify desired future conditions for natural resources on West Hayden Island as well as including long-term management practices for both natural areas and recreational amenities. The Port, in collaboration with the City will establish an ongoing WHI Advisory Committee. The mission of the WHI AC will be to: a) oversee the development and implementation of an open space master plan; b) advise the Port during recreational facility and marine terminal development; and c) provide an ongoing forum for discussion of neighborhood impacts associated with ongoing recreational and marine terminal uses on WHI. The membership and role of the advisory committee will be re evaluated every 5 years to determine its roles and responsibilities. The committee could be suspended or disbanded and/ or terms of their charter could be amended by mutual agreement of the Port and City. Advisory Committee Membership. The WHI AC shall incorporate bi-state, regional, and diverse representation. Membership will consist of up to twelve (12) voting members. Membership will include the local community, environmental organizations, and public agencies. Each of the specific membership interest groups shall appoint a member, for terms beginning July 2013. Initial appointments shall be for a period of two (2) or three (3) years staggered to ensure continuity of membership. Following the initial year, appointments shall be for a period of two (2) years with no term limits. All appointed members shall be confirmed by Sponsors based on Sponsor approved appointment guidelines. Each appointment shall be effective on the date of confirmation by the Sponsors. For those WHI AC positions where no one organization holds the interest, Sponsors agree to circulate a broad invitation letter to appropriate interest groups to request joint agreement on an appointment. Master Planning. For all master planning and land use design for the Owner's entire 139 acre parcel of land, the Owner will pay Architect a fixed fee not to exceed $7,500.00.
