DEFINITION OF APPRENTICE. An apprentice shall be a person who will be at least eighteen (18) years of age in the year of their introduction into the trade, who has entered into a written apprenticeship contract for a certain trade, of a reasonable continuous employment for his participation in an approved schedule of work experience during such employment, and the taking of a suitable related training course.
