Definition of Business Days. For the purpose of processing grievances, business days shall be defmed as Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. The time elements in the steps may be shortened, extended or waived upon written mutual agreement between the parties. Any grievance, which is not appealed within the specified time limits set forth in that step level, shall be considered to be settled on the basis of the decision rendered at the previous step level. The failure of the employer, at any step level of the grievance procedure to communicate the decision on the grievance in writing to the Union within the prescribed time limits set forth in that step level of the grievance procedure, shall automatically move the grievance to the next step.

  • Definition of Business Day For purposes of this Agreement, “Business Day” means any day on which the Nasdaq Global Select Market is open for trading.

  • Additional Definition Section 1.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to add thereto in alphabetical order the following definition which shall read in full as follows:
