Definition of Change Order. A “Change Order Order” shall be mean a written order to Design/Builder executed by Owner, issued after execution of this Agreement, authorizing and directing a change in the Contractor signed by the Project Manager to recommend to the Union County Commissioner to change Design Services or the Work, an adjustment to the Contract Sum Price or the Contract Time, or any combination thereof. The Contract Price and the Contract Time may be changed only by Change Order.
