DEFINITION OF DIVISIONS. For purposes of this Article, the Departments are divided into ten (10) divisions, the Water Division, the Parks and Streets Division, the Stormwater and Urban Forestry Division, the Wastewater Division, the Fleet and Facilities Division, the Building Division, the IT Division, the Engineering Division, Police Division and the Administrative Division.
