Definition of Final Order. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Final Order" shall mean an order of the Commission which is not reversed, stayed, enjoined or set aside, and with respect to which no timely request for stay, reconsideration, review, rehearing or notice of appeal or determination to reconsider or review is pending, and as to which the time for filing any such request, petition or notice of appeal or for review by the Commission or a court with jurisdiction over such matters, and for any reconsideration, stay or setting aside by the Commission or court on its own motion or initiative, has expired.
