Common use of Definition of Grievant Clause in Contracts

Definition of Grievant. A grievant is a teacher or group of teachers, alleging a violation, misapplication or misinterpretation of a written provision of this negotiated AGREEMENT. A group grievance shall have arisen out of the same circumstances affecting each member of said group. Each member of a group grievance shall sign the grievance report form.
