In this Article, "necessary qualifications" means certification and educational preparation or experience or related experience that indicates the teacher will be able to perform the duties of the position in a satisfactory manner following a reasonable period of familiarization. a. Should any question arise as to whether a teacher has, or does not have, the necessary qualifications for a particular teaching position, a grievance may be filed pursuant to Article A.6 (Grievance Procedure).
