Definition of Necessary Qualification. In this Article, "necessary qualifications" means certification and educational preparation or experience or related experience that indicates the teacher will be able to perform the duties of the position in a satisfactory manner following a reasonable period of familiarization. a. Should any question arise as to whether a teacher has, or does not have, the necessary qualifications for a particular teaching position, a grievance may be filed pursuant to Article A.6 (Grievance Procedure).
