Definition of Overpayment. For purposes of this CIA, an “Overpayment” shall mean the amount of money any of the U.S. Healthcare Parties has received in excess of the amount due and payable under any Federal health care program requirements.
Definition of Overpayment. An “Overpayment” means any funds that Genova receives or retains under any Federal health care program to which Genova, after applicable reconciliation, is not entitled under such Federal health care program.
