Definition of Released Parties. “Released Parties” includes without limitation PrinceRidge, IFMI, IFMI Parent, each of their respective past, present and future parents, members, Affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, predecessors, successors, assigns, funds, employee benefit plans and trusts, and all past, present and future managers, directors, officers, partners, agents, employees, attorneys, representatives, consultants, associates, fiduciaries, plan sponsors, administrators and trustees of each of the foregoing and each of their respective successors and assigns.
Definition of Released Parties. As used in this Agreement, “Released Parties” shall mean: (i) the Company; (ii) all of the Company’s past, present, and future subsidiaries, parents, affiliates and divisions; (iii) all of the Company’s successors and/or assigns, as well as legal representatives; (iv) all of the Company’s past, present, and future officers, directors, managers, employees, shareholders, owners, attorneys, agents, insurers, employee benefit plans (including such plans’ administrators, trustees, fiduciaries, record-keepers, and insurers), and legal representatives (all individually, in their capacity acting on the Company’s behalf, and in their official capacities); and (v) all persons acting by, through, under, or in concert with any of the entities or persons listed in subsections (i)-(iv).

As used in this Release, the term, “Released Parties” means (i) the Company; (ii) any and all parent companies, subsidiaries (direct and indirect), affiliates, successors and assigns of the Company; (iii) all of the foregoing entities’ directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, advisors, insurers, representatives, and benefit plans (including all such plans’ insurers, fiduciaries, administrators, and the like); and (iv) all persons/entities claimed to be jointly and/or severally liable with any of the foregoing persons or entities described in clauses (i) through (iii) or through/by which the foregoing persons or entities described in clauses (i) through (iii) have acted.

As used in this Agreement, “Released Parties” shall mean: (i) Aegerion Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; (ii) all of Aegerion’s past, present, and future subsidiaries, parents, affiliates and divisions; (iii) all of Aegerion’s successors and/or assigns, as well as legal representatives; and (iv) all of Aegerion’s past, present, and future officers, directors, managers, employees, shareholders, owners, attorneys, agents, insurers, employee benefit plans (including such plans’ administrators, trustees, fiduciaries, record-keepers, and insurers), and legal representatives (all both individually, in their capacity acting on Aegerion’s behalf and in their official capacities).

The “Released Parties” include (i) the Company REP, and RPC; (ii) any parent, subsidiary, or affiliate of the Company, REP, or RPC; (iii) any past or present officer, director, manager, or employee of the entities just described in (i)-(ii), in their individual and official capacities; and (iv) any past or present predecessors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, equity holders or shareholders, members, managers, benefit plans, operating units, divisions, agents, representatives, officers, directors, owners, founders, partners, employees, fiduciaries, insurers, attorneys, successors, or assigns of the entities just described in (i)-(iii).
Definition of Released Parties. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Released Parties” means Xxxx X. Xxxxx, CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc., Crimson Midstream Holdings, LLC, Crimson Midstream Services, LLC and each of their respective owners, parent corporations, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, predecessors, insurers, successors and assigns, and their current and former employees, attorneys, officers, directors and agents thereof, both individually and in their business capacities, and their employee benefits plans and programs and their administrators and fiduciaries; except that “Released Parties” does not include Crimson Management Incentives LLC or CI Management, LLC.
Definition of Released Parties. In this Agreement, the word “Released Parties” means each member of the Company Group (including, but not limited to, each such member by which Executive was employed); the partners, members, principals, Executives, agents, officers, directors, and shareholders of each member of the Company Group; and any person or entity which may succeed to the rights and liabilities of any of the foregoing entities or persons by assignment or otherwise.
