Common use of Definition of Retirement Clause in Contracts

Definition of Retirement. For purposes of this Restricted Stock Agreement, “Retirement” shall mean termination of the Recipient’s employment if the Recipient has been employed by the Company or a subsidiary on a continuous basis for a period of at least ten years and the Recipient has attained the age of 55 years.
