Clothing Reimbursement. In the event a teacher is acting within the scope of his/her professional employment and a teacher without fault or negligence on his/her part, shall suffer damage to his/her personal clothing of at least ten dollars ($10.00), the Board shall reimburse the teacher for such damage in excess of ten dollars ($10.00), but only up to a maximum of one hundred dollars ($100.00). The Board may require such subrogation, assignment and full cooperation by such teacher in seeking recovery from any party responsible for such loss.

Clothing Reimbursement. Employees, with the exception of salaried teachers/kaiako, shall receive $1.50 per day as reimbursement for clothing purchased except where a uniform is provided by the employer.

Boot Allowance may only be used for reimbursement of receipts related to safety-toed boots as noted in Section 6 of this Article. Clothing allowance, however, may be used, in part, for reimbursement of boot receipts in excess of the $250.00 allowance provided above.
Clothing Reimbursement. (a) Members regularly assigned to perform their duties in plainclothes shall receive a clothing reimbursement of $1,100.00 per year, to be paid quarterly. In order to be entitled to the reimbursement, the member must submit itemized receipts for clothing suitable to the duties being performed. The reimbursement for such clothing shall not be unreasonably denied. (b) When Members referred to in 9(a) are absent twenty (20) consecutive working days due to either illness or receiving Workplace Safety and Insurance Board benefits, payment of clothing allowance shall be suspended thereafter until they return to their active duty assignments. (c) The Board will pay for cleaning of sixty (60) items of clothing, per member assigned to the plainclothes duties and forty-eight (48) items of uniform clothing per member assigned to uniform duties, as the case may be, for each member, each year, exclusive of winter coats or top coats. The Board will also pay for cleaning resulting from mishaps experienced in the line of duty. (d) The Board will pay for cleaning of winter coats or top coats twice a year for each member. (e) Members temporarily assigned or promoted partially throughout the year to perform their duties in plainclothes shall receive a clothing allowance of $91.67 per month, pro rated at $4.23 per day to a maximum of $91.67 for any given month during such assignment, such allowance shall not exceed $1,100.00 in any calendar year and to be paid quarterly. In order to be entitled to the reimbursement, the member must submit itemized receipts for clothing suitable to the duties being performed. The reimbursement for such clothing shall not be unreasonably denied.
Clothing Reimbursement. 22.01 Effective December 17, 2009, each Sworn Member will be reimbursed the sum of one thousand, two hundred dollars ($1,200) for the purchase of business attire incurred during the current year. Members will be responsible for keeping of receipts. This is payable in the first pay period in December. [2009] 22.02 Each member shall be issued a blazer to be worn at appropriate functions. The blazers shall be crested with the HRPS Crest.

Clothing Reimbursement. The District will furnish overalls and laundry of overalls for mechanics and any others who have overalls now furnished. The District will furnish all mechanics, maintenance crew and custodial staff with an adequate number of work shirts; these work shirts must be worn as part of the required District uniform. The District will also furnish the mechanics and maintenance crew with one (1) pair of work boots each year. The District will reimburse up to $150.00 each year for work boots.
Clothing Reimbursement. Each situation of damage to staff’s personal property by people receiving service will be reviewed by the program manager/E.D. of CLO Clothing damaged through no fault of the employee in the course of the employee’s duties shall be repaired, cleaned or replaced by the employer upon damaged clothing being produced up to a maximum of fifty dollars ($50) per article/item. CLO will not reimburse the cost to repair/replace valuables damaged in the course of an employee’s duties. Glasses will continue to be repaired/replaced. Employees who are required to accompany people we support in a pool on a weekly basis over a six (6) month period or more, upon submitting a receipt, will be reimbursed up to fifty dollars ($50.00) per year for a swim suit.
