Definition of Terms The following terms referred to in this Agreement shall have the following meanings:
Definition of Sick Leave Sick leave means the period of time an Employee is absent from work because of disability due to illness or injury not covered by Workers’ Compensation.
Definition of Family Members of the employee's immediate family are defined as the employee's spouse, mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, stepchildren, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, stepparents, grandparents and grandchildren.
Definition of Shifts (a) A shift starting on or after 6:00 a.m., but before 9:00 a.m. is a day shift.
Definition of Confidential Information The term “Confidential Information” shall mean all information that either party discloses (a “Disclosing Party”) to the other party (a “Receiving Party”), whether in writing, electronically, or orally and in any form (tangible or intangible), that is confidential, proprietary, or relates to clients or shareholders (each either existing or potential). Definition of Overtime Overtime means those hours worked in excess of normal hours of work as per Article 8.1 (Normal Work Week).
Definition of Layoff A layoff shall be defined as a reduction in the work force or a reduction in the regular hours of work as defined in this Agreement.
Incorporation of terms The parties to the Trust Agreement will enter into the Trust Agreement by executing the Omnibus Instrument. By executing the Omnibus Instrument, the Trustee and the Trust Beneficial Owner hereby agree that the Trust Agreement will constitute a legal, valid and binding agreement between the Trustee and the Trust Beneficial Owner. All terms relating to the Trust or the series of Notes not otherwise included in the Trust Agreement will be as specified in the Omnibus Instrument or Pricing Supplement, as indicated herein.
Definition of Dependent The definition of a dependent shall include the domestic partner of an employee and the dependents of such domestic partner. Any employee claiming a domestic partner and/or the dependents of such domestic partner for purposes of this Article shall have an approved City Affidavit of Domestic Partnership form or a registered State of California Declaration of Domestic Partnership form on file in the Employee Benefits Office, Personnel Department, which identifies that individual as the employee’s domestic partner.
