Definition of Work Day. Each unit member shall be assigned a fixed, regular and ascertainable minimum number of hours per each regular workday. The regular workday for fulltime unit members shall be not more than eight (8) hours in a twenty-four (24) hour period unless otherwise provided for in 5.3.1 below.
